Placing An Order

  • Orders may be placed in the following ways:

***Please note: Ordering via fax or website will be confirmed by Restaurant Connection. Please do not assume it is placed until a confirmation is given either by phone or email.

Ordering Process:

  • Your order must be placed through Restaurant Connection- do not call the restaurant.
  • Restaurant Connection can only work with restaurants we are partnered with.
  • Your order will be delivered in approximately 45 minutes to an hour after a confirmation is given. At peak times and during severe weather conditions, your delivery time may be increased, and your customer representative will inform you of this.

Pricing and Payment Information:

  • The minimum food order has to be $9.95- this does not include delivery charge.
  • The delivery charge is $4.50 per restaurant. Other restaurants outside of your delivery zone are available for an additional delivery charge.
  • Methods of payment:
    • Cash or Corporate Check
    • Debit Card (must have Visa or MC logo)
    • Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX)
    • House Account (Must be pre-approved by management)

    Credit card imprints are required from customer to prevent fraud.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday through Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. then 4 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
  • Saturday: 3 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Sunday: 3 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

Ordering On Line:

  • You must be registered (your login will be your email address) to place an order.
  • Your order will be confirmed by phone or email.

About Our Drivers:

  • Our drivers are paid on tips and the delivery charge- they do not receive an hourly wage.

If you are experiencing any trouble when ordering from our web site please call us at 1-248-541-8888. Make a note of the restaurant you are trying to order from. We may need your zip code, web browser version and anti-virus manufacture and version in order to help you.

Q. Why doesn't the my "previous customer" profile come up when I return for a repeat order. When I place my order, during checkout I click the "previous customer" button and it says I don't exist.

A.  Try disabling your Anti-Virus program when ordering from our web site. Then turn it back on when finished. Do this every time: when creating the new user name and password and when re-ordering.

Q. Why can't I order from more then one restaurant at a time?

A.  At the current moment our ordering system is designed to have one delivery fee per restaurant. We recommend that you order from the first restaurant and then return to the main CallRC.com ordering page for the second restaurant order.
